Mykonos Celebrities

Mykonos is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. A rock in the sea, born and embraced by the bluest waters in the whole planet. Usually a huge number of tourists along with the rich and famous celebrities flood in and fill the beautiful and picturesque alleys, the beaches, the yards, the shops, the cafes  and the famous clubs and bars. On this island, the international jet-set along with everyday people blend together. International celebrities, the Arabs, the Turks, the Russian tycoons, the Kardashians, Paris Hilton, the almost permanent Lindsay Lohan, those who want to look like them, just those who want to go out take photos with them and dream of relationships with celebrities, everyone is there. 

In the 50's it was the first time when the mythically rich came to the island. The bohemian Mykonos lost its glamour and the secular one acquired its unique characteristics. Aristotle Onassis and Maria Callas, Stavros Niarchos and Tina docked their large yachts on the beaches of Mykonos. In 1954, Frederick organized a cruise to the Greek islands, for all the young royalties of Europe, aiming at helping to initiate romance and profit weddings between them. In the 60's Mykonos remained untouched by mass tourism, but jet setters and secularists had already found their own paradise. villas in mykonos The ships had not reached the port yet and the travelers used boats to reach the island.
