Finally, the Archaeological Museum of Agios Nikolaos maintains and exhibits a vast treasure from the Minoan Crete. There, the visitor can see over 1,600 finds from the Agia Fotia Cemetery, located near Sitia. It is a prehistoric cemetery, the largest that has been excavated in Crete.
